Duration : 1 Evening and 2 dives

Designed to teach divers the initial concepts of diving with a nitrox mixture for dives in the recreational depth range. The dive may elect to dive on Nitroxtables, or a dive computer to extent their no-decompression limits in the recreational diving range.

The course involves an evening spent completing the lectures and theory found in the IANTD Nitrox diver student manual, covering mixes from 21% to a maximum of 40% and the principals involved in equivalent air depths, oxygen toxicity and Nitrox diving.

The Day consists of two dives that are instructor led and supervised.
